Job Summary
Kforce has a client seeking a Product Owner in Miami, FL. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document integration requirements, creating business process flow diagrams, writing functional specifications, and maintaining an integration inventory. The Product Owner will also participate in Jira story reviews, work closely with developers and QA, and assist in backlog grooming and sprint planning to ensure integration solutions align with product strategy and technical architecture.
Must Have
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document integration requirements
- Create and maintain Business Process Flow Diagrams using tools like Lucidchart
- Write clear and comprehensive Functional Specifications for integration features and enhancements
- Maintain an up-to-date Integration Inventory, tracking all active and planned integrations
- Participate in Jira story reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Work closely with developers and QA to clarify requirements and support the development lifecycle
- Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization of integration-related user stories
- Ensure integration solutions align with overall product strategy and technical architecture
- Manage work product Delivery expectations and commitments with leadership team/Stakeholders
- 3-5+ years of experience in a product owner, business analyst, or similar role
- Proficiency in Lucidchart or similar tools for process modeling and diagramming
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into functional specs
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to review and critique user stories for clarity, completeness, and technical feasibility
- Experience maintaining documentation and inventories for integration systems or APIs
Good to Have
- Certification in Agile (e.g., CSPO) or Business Analysis is a plus
- Experience working with APIs, middleware, or integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi)
- Understanding of data flow between systems and basic knowledge of databases or data mapping
- Experience working within a BIS (Business Integration Services) ecosystem, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Fusion/HCM
